Havn is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the Havn mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Havn, you agree to the practices described below.

What we collect

  • Account information - Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up with email, Apple, Google, or Facebook.

  • Profile and order information - Shipping address, delivery preferences, and order history needed to fulfill purchases.

  • Payment information - Payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • No Camera and AR data - Havn uses your device camera and ARKit to preview 3D furniture models in your space. Camera frames and detected surfaces are processed on-device and are not uploaded, transmitted, or stored by us.

  • Usage data - App interactions, browsing history within the catalog, saved items, and placed products used to improve recommendations.

  • Device information - Device model, operating system version, language, and diagnostic logs to help us debug crashes and improve stability.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the Service, including catalog browsing, AR preview, cart, checkout, and home delivery.

  • Process transactions, manage orders, and send order and delivery notifications.

  • Authenticate your account and keep it secure.

  • Personalize product recommendations and suggested rooms for items.

  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

  • Improve app performance, debug issues, and develop new features.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate Havn, including Firebase (Google), authentication providers (Apple, Google, Facebook), payment processors, and delivery partners.

  • Legal authorities when disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Havn, its users, or others.

  • Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case users will be notified.

Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your account and associated personal data at any time from the Profile section of the Havn app by selecting "Delete Account." Deletion removes your account, order history references, saved items, and personally identifiable profile data from our active systems. Some information may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records for tax and accounting).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
